Browser sign-in with OAuth is in preview for Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and Claude Desktop until the new gateway is deployed. Bearer API keys remain an advanced option. Test access with describe_mbestudio and get_credit_balance only; do not start a paid job for a connection check.

Call describe_mbestudio and estimate_cost first. Each paid tool has a platform fee plus measured compute, and managed mode also charges model usage at the configured markup. Agent-authored mode makes no model calls. BYOK bills model usage directly to the caller's provider account. CPU and GPU rates are pending verification; proposed fees are not live prices.

Paid tools: generate_system_model, build_3d_model, run_simulation, run_trade_study, verify_model, export_model, build_full_system. Free tools: describe_mbestudio, estimate_cost, get_credit_balance, get_job_status, get_job_result, cancel_job. Every paid request has max_spend_credits and a request_id. Jobs reserve their maximum before execution, settle consumed work and return unused credits.

Available engineering primitives include SysML compilation, parametric constraints, requirement verdicts, procedural meshes, declared state-machine simulation and bounded trade sweeps. STEP covers box and cylinder envelopes. No fluid solver, rigid-body solver, FMU execution or configured external physics service is advertised.
